In what can only be described as a historic and emotional moment, the Department of Sociology emerged champions of the 2025 Dean’s Cup after defeating their long-standing rivals in a thrilling final match that kept spectators on their feet till the very end.

For eight long years, the Sociology Department had remained the tournament’s underdogs — coming close several times, yet always falling short of the coveted title. But this year, destiny finally smiled on them. With resilience, teamwork, and sheer determination, they rewrote their story and brought the trophy home in grand style.
