The last sitting for the session which doubled as the 7th legislative sitting for the session which held on the 19th of June,2023 and started 11am dissolved its 4th assembly with RT. HON. AKINOLA ENIOLA as its speaker and HON. AKEREDOLU MARIA as its clerk. The 4th NSASA legislative assembly was dissolved by Madam speaker and all returning members and newly elected members of the house were inaugrated by Madam President.
After the inauguration of the 5th NSASA legislative assembly, an election was conducted for principal officers of the house and this was led by Madam President.
RT. HON. AKINOLA ENIOLA was elected as the speaker of the house
HON. AKEREDOLU MARIA was elected as the Deputy speaker of the house
HON. FIMIDARA was elected as the clerk of the house
HON. MUSTAPHA AHMED ADESHINA was elected as the new chief whip of the house.
